We are looking to expand our team at our busy rooftop restaurant. Vaso is an innovative restaurant located in the trendy Bridgepark area of Dublin that serves Spanish Inspired Tapas and custom craft cocktails. Our menu changes bi-annually, and we entertain a high volume of business on a nightly basis.

Our Bartenders are responsible for crafting and designing unique cocktails to be featured on our seasonal menus as well as executing those cocktails on a routine basis in addition to other drinks. They need to be well-versed in various fields of alcohol from wines to craft beers and liquors and execute each pour with precision in a fast-paced environment. They are responsible for interacting with guests throughout their shift through servicing of food and drinks, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the bar. Additional duties include assisting with monthly bar inventory, bar preparation, stocking of bar supplies, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing their bank, and any other duties as assigned by management.

Note: Due to the nature of our business flexibility, and the ability to work weekends, holidays and a variety of shifts is a must.

We currently have Part-Time positions available with the potential to go Full Time once our patio season begins.
