Job description

Looking to hire a full-time licensed therapist, social worker and/or psychologist to join my team at Dr. Shantelle and Associates, Ltd and work in-person at my office location in Clarendon Hills and/or Naperville. Primary responsibilities include conducting intake assessments and providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or groups of all ages and diagnoses. Dr. Shantelle and Associates is a group practice that values treatment tailored to meet clients’ unique needs through the use of a variety of treatment modalities and relies on frequent feedback from clients to increase collaboration in finding the most effective path to achieving their goals and experiencing positive change (See practice website for further information at www.drshantelleandassociates.com).

Applicants will need to have completed graduate training in psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., MSW, or MA Programs) and have an independent license to practice in IL; however, clinicians with provisional licenses will be accepted (LPC, LSW) and offered supervisory/consultation options. Although not required, experience working with children and adolescents is highly valued. It should be noted that this is not a W-2 position and no benefits are offered. Dr. Shantelle and Associates provides all office materials, practice management software, and a bi-weekly consultation group and staff meeting, and social events that foster a close-knit community of support and growth.
