Logistics Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the Nashville area. This person will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the supply chain, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure timely replenishment
• Manage and negotiate transportation costs with carriers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all customer orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on-time
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving documents
• Identify and resolve logistics-related issues and escalate to management when necessary
• Conduct regular audits of the supply chain processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Continuously analyze and optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers

Qualifications:

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and international trade policies
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations

Details: M-F, 8-5pm; Pay: $21-$27hr. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
