Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys has an opening in its Birmingham, AL office. We are seeking a Paralegal to handle personal injury litigation cases. The position supports 1 to 3 attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. This position will require direct contact with clients, providers, opposing counsel etc. Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-orientated, proactive, and a team player.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Paralegal experience 2+ years (Required)
- Legal Research experience (Lexis Nexis or Westlaw) (Preferred)
- Performing written discovery
- Use of State local filing systems; federal filings a plus
- Personal Injury experience (Preferred)
- TrialWorks or Case Management System knowledge (Preferred)
