Linen Tech - Full Time / Days (7on/7off)

To distribute linen to designated areas of the GRMC Complex using established PAR levels determined by patient census and experience. Documentation of inventory control methods. Perform other functions such as: cleaning, waste removal, and floor maintenance functions in assigned areas following established procedures and using prescribed methods of the Environmental Services Department and the GRMC Infection Control Plan as determined by the immediate need of the medical center.

Education preferred: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalency.

Experience required: Ability to effectively operate, clean, and maintain departmental equipment. Must be willing to work effectively as a team member with other departmental associates. Ability to meet customers with a positive attitude and deal with difficult people required. Must be willing to continually seek opportunities to improve service to customers.
