TITLE: Line 1 Operator
DEPARTMENT: Line 1 Production
**$1,000 Sign On Bonus**
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
This position is necessary to produce tractor blades. This is from start to finish, and includes, but may not be limited to, lifting 12 lbs disks and maintaining quality of the product.
Shifts Available:
2PM-10PM
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Load and unload CNC Machines
2. Load and unload steel disks from oven
3. Hang blades to be robotically painted
4. Clean as required
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Duties and responsibilities performed normally do require special physical requirements including bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Works in a factory environment and can be exposed to dirt, grit, noise and dust. Protective clothing and safety equipment is required while working in the plant facility.
