Job description

At Rapscallion, we believe human connections make the world a better place. Our founders, twin brother Cedric and Peter Daniel, founded Rapscallion as a place where people could connect and feel connected, where the food and beverages boast quality and consistency, and where hospitality is the focus and heartfelt connection the end goal. That was and has always been our mission. Therefore, your work here has purpose. You are not just a number, but part of an ethos of human connection where we strive to improve the lives of our guests, coworkers, and communities, and where we work cohesively and collaboratively to make that happen. Every day we can improve the world we live in by sharing our own unique skills, and we encourage and celebrate individuality, passion, self-leadership, and creativity. We believe one person truly can make a difference. Rapscallion is unlike any other work environment – we seek out exceptional individuals and encourage their personalities to shine.
