We are looking for a line cook that has great knife skills and able to work in this Japanese steakhouse that features a chef driven menu with dishes that are meant to be shared. We serve the highest quality of beef, rare Wagyu from various regions of Japan, paired with grilled seafood and sushi. We only look to provide the very best food with the highest of quality to our guests no matter the situation. Day to day prep work that involves dicing, slicing, fileting fish and meat while maintaining high standards. Experience working with a stovetop and fryer, and following recipes. Able to remain on feet for extended periods of time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
