Marketing Manager – Biotechnology and Life Sciences Equipment Manufacturer – Base Salary to 95/year – Annapolis Junction, MD

• Our client is a leading laboratory and biotechnology equipment manufacturer producing products worldwide. A majority of the country’s universities, laboratories, and life science organizations have our client’s equipment in their facility. This company has been in business for over 50 years and is family owned and operated.
• The company is looking to add a Marketing Manager to the team who will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the development of marketing strategies for the organization. This person will develop and create market content & campaigns to promote growth plans for new products within the US market. The Marketing Manager will also oversee the marketing department’s operating budget while working closely with the Marketing Director in Switzerland.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Plus for MBA
• Minimum of 4+ years of related experience in similar marketing field
• Must have experience in life science, bioprocess, or related laboratory marketing industry
• Superb knowledge of various marketing strategies and best practices to penetrate new market
• Experience building teams and ability to work both independently and in team environment
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to travel up to 10% to trade shows and annual trip to HQ in Switzerland
• Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 95k/year
