We now offer Daily Pay! please ask. Our pay range is competitive for the industry, and we also rotate 12hr shifts. Either 3 days on and 3 days off OR rotating every other three-day weekend! Some flexibility schedules offered for students as well.

The Cove at La Jolla is seeking RN's for our 12hr AM shift. We have an excellent reputation for the care provided in the post acute setting. Our Hospitalists level physicians provide hands on training and teaching to our Licensed Nurse staff, they are present in the facility 365 days a year, here to support our staff any way possible. The quality of care we deliver at The Cove at La Jolla has earned us a 5-star overall rating from Medicare.gov.

The Registered Nurse position is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents. Such care must be delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services designee.

This position is ideal for any candidate looking to gain skills and knowledge base to be an excellent post acute care provider. Leadership opportunities are available to those seeking to further their career in the Post Acute Setting. We maintain our status as a post acute preferred provider for the leading hospital groups in San Diego and are also preferred for specialty patients within the cardiology, oncology and post-transplant centers throughout San Diego County.
