· Triage crisis calls from Sullivan County service providers and individuals in need, understanding the nature and urgency of the call and developing an appropriate plan of action.
· Facilitate outreach contact into the community in conjunction with back-up support MMHT clinician.

Pay: $61,270.00 - $86,140.00 per year
