Responsibilities:

• Analyzes blueprints and project plans to ensure that measurements, materials, and procedures are being followed for the best outcomes
• Constructs building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes; measures, cuts, and shapes using wood, plastic, and other materials
• Complies with all company and governmental safety guidelines; maintains and assures quality standards
• Ensures equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled. Reports any equipment malfunction and or damage to the supervisor
• Inspects completed jobs and obtains customer approval
• Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement
• Provides quality customer support by giving updates on job timelines as tasks are completed while addressing any issues or concerns when appropriate.

Qualifications:

·Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of carpentry experience

·Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction.

·Proficient in electrical and hand tools, as well as measurement tools

·Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to follow directions

·Proven customer service experience and driven to help others

·Familiarity with CRM systems; experience using mobile software to enter data

·Punctual; reports to work on time

·Takes pride in their work and prioritizes activities to meet deadlines

·Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; can pass a background check

·Driven, humble, and smart with a servant’s heart

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
