Chester Street Residence is a full care assisted living/memory care community in Royal Oak, Michigan.

We are looking to hire a full-time Senior Caregiver with a minimum of 3 years experience in an assisted living or memory care community.

This is a key team member, maintaining full accountability for their respective role during their shift. Their responsibility for overseeing all the needs of the residents and staff throughout the Community during their shift.

These core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, resident care, good energy with a positive attitude, ability to solve issues with poise and professionalism and maintain overall cleanliness of our community.

The Lead Caregiver is an important person for ensuring that our mission of “Everything Possible, All Day Everyday” is upheld and demonstrated in all aspects of their interactions with residents, their families, team members and the community overall.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
