Alpha Lawn and Landscaping is GROWING!

We are currently looking to fill open positions on our landscaping teams in the spring, summer, and fall. You will then transition to our snow crews in the winter.

LANDSCAPING (spring, summer, fall)

On our landscaping teams you typically work 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays. Our crews typically work in groups of 4-6.

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping experience
• Previous irrigation experience
• Some days are pretty easy, and others require significant amounts of manual labor, you must be able to perform this work in a safe manner.

Responsibilities:

• Unload and install materials at jobsites. This is done with a combination of equipment and manual labor.
• Install irrigation systems.

SNOW CREW (winter)

In the winter our full-time employees transition to salaried positions and work on our snow teams. You will be trained to work with our sidewalk snow removal crews on our stand-on machines, or if you have experience driving a truck with a plow we have routes available for those as well. Whatever you average for weekly pay during the spring, summer, and fall, will be your salary in the winter! We typically work 22-28 days between November and April, but you still get paid all winter! We work hard in the spring, summer, and fall, so it's nice to relax a bit in the winter. The hours in the winter are 3am-3pm whenever it snows. We do not work on Christmas Day or Thanksgiving Day.
