We are looking for Landscape Team members to join our maintenance crew. We are a landscape maintenance and construction company based in Northborough, MA. We have a fun and friendly atmosphere and work with great team members. We are a team based and goal oriented company that provides high quality workmanship and finish products. Responsibilities Include:

• Work with crew leaders to perform daily tasks and complete jobs in a timely manner
• Working 10-20 hours per week (Part Time)
• Using hand tools and power tools as well as small equipment to complete jobs
• Driving vehicles and trucks
• General Weeding and Maintenance of Flower and Shrub beds on customer properties
• Pruning of perennial gardens and maintenance of the flowers
• Planting of Annual Flowers and the maintenance of
• General pickup of sticks, twigs, etc and keeping beds in presentable conditon.

Candidates for landscape laborer positions should meet the following qualifications:

• Preferred of 1 year of landscaping or maintenance in a commercial or residential setting
• General knowledge of plants, flowers, perennials, etc. and their maintenance
• Ability to work in weather conditions (heat, cold, etc)
• Availability to work 10-20 hours per week (FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING)
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job
• Ability to follow procedures and safety protocol
• Own transportation to and from the workplace
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to produce a driving record if required
• Ability to pass a drug screening
