Landscape Crew Leader

McDonough Landscaping is a design/build landscape construction company. We have been serving customers throughout the Twin Cities East Metro area since 2003. We specialize in landscape design, installation and maintenance of residential projects, from small front yard plantings to large outdoor living spaces. Our goal is to provide our customers with a sustainable and high quality landscape, while providing the highest level of customer service from start to finish.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking to add an extremely motivated and ethical individual to our team. Working with our Landscape Project Manager and Designer, you will organize and oversee daily tasks and duties for the landscape construction team, provide support and encouragement to team members, and promote team development. You will be responsible to oversee and install all types of landscape construction projects.

You must be a responsible, honest and hardworking individual who has the ability to work with a team, and also make things happen on their own. You need great communication skills to passionately serve our existing and new customers, as well as work within our team.

We work hard so we can enjoy time with family and friends, our normal work hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm; weekend work is always voluntary.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape Construction: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
