Responsibilities and Duties

• Estimate projects ranging in size from $50k to $3m
• Proficient in reading and interpreting landscape construction drawings, civil plans and specifications
• Perform quantity takeoffs for materials to be ordered
• Handle submittal review and approval processes
• Handle purchasing and procurement of project materials
• Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules
• Responsible for working and supporting Project Superintendent
• Coordinate with general contractor / architect / owner regarding RFI's
• Contact for project inquiries and responsibilities from overall project perspective.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
