Responsibilities:

• Abide by all Riverside policies and procedures for professional standards of behavior.
• Assist with prep work in the kitchen during slow times.
• Clean entire dishwasher on a daily basis. Polish all stainless steel.
• Follow assigned cleaning schedule.
• General sanitation rules upheld/Knowledge of sanitation rules
• Put away all clean dishes and utensils in proper storage order and in compliance with code.
• Sweep floor and mop on a daily basis.
• Take out the garbage. Clean out garbage cans daily.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans.
