Cup Works in Valdosta, GA is looking for one kitchen helper to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 3960 Macey Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Now, hiring for a Full-Time Kitchen Helper for the AM/PM Shift. The Kitchen Helper is cross-trained to do all tasks in kitchen. This is a training and development role with the hope that you will aspire to become part of our essential culinary personnel in the future. Such potential openings after training and proven performance development and skills include but are not limited to becoming a Cook or kitchen manager.
Job duties and requirements
Help serve meals
Wash and store dishes
food preparation tasks
Skills And Abilities
Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
To be successful in this role you must have a friendly, professional, and energetic personality and have a passion for improving the lives of others.
Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships.
Ability to function independently and as a member of a team in a multi-task environment.
Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining small wares and food preparation equipment.
Reports any problems with equipment and/or necessary repairs or cleanliness issues to the Supervisor

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
