We are seeking an organized, outgoing, Junior Account Rep who has a mentality when it comes to campaign execution. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for the right person to gain experience in marketing, public relations and assisting in the growth of a business.

Junior Account Representative Responsibilities:

• Informing new and existing customers of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans.
• Reporting to sales managers as required.
• Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Professional experience in a call-center/client support environment a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Positive, customer-minded individual with a passion for serving.
