What do you need to win?

• 2-5 years of IT experience working at another company.
• Understanding of basic troubleshooting skills with computers, printers, networks, servers, etc.
• Experience in AD DS.
• Worked on networks and understands basic networking concepts (IPv4 addressing, VLANs, firewall rules, etc..).
• Following processes and procedures put in place.
• Close attention to details.
• Great interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Desire and passion to continually learn and grow.

Desired

• CompTIA A+ Certified.
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+ Certified.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 products such as Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint, Endpoint Manager, Azure, etc.
