The Office of Information Technology is focused on improving service delivery, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational effectiveness for its constituency.?This position serves as a Telecommunication’s Customer Service Team member.?The Telecommunication’s Customer Service Team is a sub-unit of the Office of Information Technology. The Team consists of two fulltime team members, one Team Lead, and the Manager. Telecommunications (Telecom) works to keep the campus connected by phone. To maintain reliable and high-quality service, telecom works diligently to maintain the campus infrastructure for telecommunication services. This position will report to the Telecommunications Manager.
