Software QA Support
King Of Prussia, PA | Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:

Test New software developed in-house. -
Support in-house software
-
Investigate Bug reports
-
Enter tickets for Defects Identified to be fixed by developers
-
Research Defects for the steps to reproduce
-
-
QA Test Bugs / Defects before they go to production.
-
Work with our software developers and project managers as part of a team for internal projects from start to finish, including implementation and support.
Requirements:

Technical Related Education, B.S. a plus -
Familiar with Microsoft SQL a plus

Experience in QA testing and or Software Support a plus

Can work remotely

Excellent communication skills

Collaboration and social skills
