JOB OVERVIEW

The IT Fleet & Printing & VIP Service Manager is responsible for coordinating operations of the main End User Services area: PC and Technical Workstations Fleet Services (TWS), Printing Services, VIP Services and End User Hardware provisioning across EMEA region. The candidate will also coordinate the activities of the CNH Industrial IT Site Leaders and their local teams to deliver excellent experiences to the End Users making sure CNH Industrial’s standards and guidelines are aligned across EMEA region.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

PC Fleet Management

  • PC Office and TWS Fleet Service Governance
  • Monitor the Fleet Services contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements
  • Manage Business escalations
  • Support future fleet service tenders
  • Support and facilitate the introduction of innovative digital workplace applications and strategies to test new ideas to support the future of work.
  • Explore and improve how employees digitally engage with each other, as well as with customers and business partners.
  • Push on IT End User Service community for elevate the service standards to the higher possible level leveraging on fleet partners’ resources.
  • Utilize organizational change management best practices to drive technology adoption.

Printing Service Management

  • Monitor and track the performance of the EMEA Printing Service
  • Keep under control printing consumptions and spending
  • Control the multifunction device distributions searching for optimization opportunities

VIP Service Management

  • Coordinate the support service to the CNH Industrial leadership community
  • Make sure the higher standard level service is delivered
  • Support the organization of special events like video streaming events, conferences, …

Hardware Provisioning

  • Procurement planning of End User devices such as PCs, TWSs, Monitors, workstation bundles, projectors, large screen displays, audio and video conference equipment
  • Manage the device leasing contracts over their whole lifecycle

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
  • Languages:
    • Good level of English English
    • Spanish and/or French (Preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in direct management of End User related services
  • 3-5 years of innovation and organizational change management experience
  • Possesses strong expertise in multiple digital workplace applications
  • Experience working on a geographically distributed team
  • Proven ability to manage rapidly changing business priorities, processes or technologies
  • Experience managing an application portfolio with a diverse set of digital workplace applications
  • Experience with Active Directory infrastructure and governance, SCCM, InTune, Airwatch, Mobile Iron, WorkspaceONE, Citrix.
  • Experience and/or certifications with ServiceNow

  • Change advocacy/management. The ability to effectively guide and sustain change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
  • Interpersonal skills. Ability to work across business lines at senior levels to influence and effect change to achieve common goals.
  • Communication. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts to business leaders and business concepts to technologists, and to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels.
