Job Summary:

Primarily responsible to receive inbound material from outside suppliers, maintain documentation for in-house raw materials and finished goods. Maintain inventory records and participate/lead inventory audits. Compile and maintain records of quantity type through ERP/MRP system in a high pace/multi-tasking environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound material from outside suppliers and maintain documentation for in-house raw materials
  • Maintain all records of quantity in ERP system
  • Verify ERP/MRP against physical count of inventory
  • Can juggle many priorities and multi task effectively with limited supervision
  • Understand the importance of working collaboratively with coworkers and supervisor
  • Problem-solve and initiate workable solutions
  • Auditing of Inventory
  • Training and enforcement of systems usage
  • Other duties as assigned


Education:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Experience:

  • 2 years of experience within Inventory or Logistics

  • Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
