Our ateliers in San Dimas and Irwindale are currently seeking an Internal Controls Manager. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining LV USM’s regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, accuracy of information, and asset security. This will be achieved through the creation of standards to harmonize methods and practices and implementation of specific documentation for each procedure and control.


Some of the important duties are to evaluate internal control and achieve compliance with new regulations. This would include performing comprehensive review of all business processes, defining and formalizing procedures and controls to be implemented. In addition, you will perform tests and audits. In this role you would need to define and/or coordinate policies and procedures for LV USM that are in compliance with the standards of the LVMH Group and external regulation and ensure our compliance of them. You will need to enhance operational efficiency by performing organizational reviews and proposing process improvements. You will promote internal control best practices and support the various departments to meet their objectives. Equally important to the above, you will liaise with your main partners to quickly identify new issues, discuss and propose consistent controls, and partner in the decision-making process.


PROFIL

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 7 years of auditing experience
  • Ability to craft and implement customized procedures.
  • Proficient in audit procedures and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to develop and present executive level analyses.
  • Ability to interact with all levels, set objectives, and build results
  • Well organized, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective influencing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be a great teammate
  • Ability to travel periodically domestically and/or internationally as needed. (anticipated travel is 25%)
  • Knowing French is a plus


The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$92,000 - $117,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contribution.
