Job description

Responsibilities of the role:


  • It is designated by the Employer and the Integrated Management System Manager (IMS) to carry out the tasks of control, management of the system tools and documents, in support of and in collaboration with Integrated Management System Specialist of Trecate site and IMS;
  • It supports Integrated Management System Specialist and IMS in maintaining and continuously updating the documentation of the Integrated Management System;
  • It participates and collaborates in conducting internal audit activities and managing external audits;
  • Awareness and knowledge of applicable quality and regulatory requirements is raised and sustained throughout the company;
  • It manages the control activities of the Integrated Management System (IMS) with appropriate tools according to the type of activity applied (Reports, AC/AP, consumption, etc.);
  • It participates in IMS review activities;
  • It provides assistance to those involved in the SGI;
  • It carries out its activities in compliance with work safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets;
  • It ensures SOX compliance on all processes under its responsibility.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in the direct management of activities related to Quality and Environment, preferably in the Logistics sector;
  • Knowledge of the main internal processes with their SGI implications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SA8000 etc.) and of IFS guidelines and HACCP standards;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package and good general IT skills;
  • Accuracy, reliability and flexibility, good communication skills and problem solving abilities.
