Hubbard Day, a 1:1 ABA based program in Stamford, CT is looking to bring fresh energy & ideas to our newly built out 20,000 square foot waterfront campus. We are a rapidly growing full day approved private special education program. We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated instructional assistants with at least 2 years of experience with a variety of special needs students. Our ideal Instructional Assistant candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relate field and should have experience implementing academic, ADL, and vocational programming for elementary, middle and high school students. Experience and familiarity with the principles of ABA are strongly recommended. We are expanding our footprint to provide in-home support for our students. We are highly motivated to hire full time instructional assistants who are also interested in providing in-home services for students during evening hours and weekends. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing appropriate lessons with differentiation
• Assisting to maintain a structured classroom environment and daily routine
• Providing positive leadership for staff and students
• Collaborating with related service providers
• Implementing behavior analytic procedures developed by a behavior analyst

Salary and Schedule:

Full-time: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year | Schedule: Day shift

Part-time in-home service: $25/hr | Schedule: Evenings and weekends
