Opportunity Overview

Your main responsibility will be to sell memberships to busy singles over the phone. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our dating membership will benefit them. We have a comprehensive training program that will cover all of this and can transform you into Dating Sales Specialist!

Please note this is not a call center position and you will be calling upon warm leads…NO COLD CALLING

The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, with no weekends or late nights.

Our Palm Desert office is located on Country Club Drive just east of Portola. It is a beautiful office with large cubicles that are more like mini offices. There’s a water feature and seating outside for picnic lunches that encourage you to take in the beauty of the desert. It’s a secure building with ample parking and conveniently located within minutes of several main desert thoroughfares and I-10

Qualifications and Skills:

2+ years of recent sales experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience making outbound calls
Strong closing skills
Good computer skills

Earnings Potential:
$50,000 base salary + uncapped commissions with realistic first year earnings of $60,000 - $75,000

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED POSITION...AFTER 6 MONTHS THERE IS THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRANSITION TO A REMOTE POSITION FROM HOME
