What would I be doing?

• Be the first one to speak to clients after they have experienced damage in their home
• Utilize our sales process to book an appointment
• Communicate with the sales team and client in a way which serves them with integrity and excellence

In this position, you would have an opportunity to learn our inside sales process, work in a position where winning is clearly defined, and enjoy the satisfaction of serving people in their time of need, all the while hitting positional goals.

• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Detailed enough to perform various administrative tasks (scheduling, documentation, written communication, etc.)
• No need to be the next genius at NASA, but must be comfortable using email, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and various other company platforms and software

What does winning look like?

• Book appointments at a rate of 90% or higher
• Problems are solved effectively between clients and other sales team members
• Sales representatives and customers have clear expectations leading into the appointment

What does the career path look like?

• Opportunity to grow into supervisory role after you have learned and excelled in the role
