Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Sales team member to develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport with existing customer base along with our internal teams, provide information on the Fusus platform in order to answer customer questions, prepare quotes and process orders, and any other functions that surround the sales process and overall business needs.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for generating quotes and processing orders, communicating expectations to customers on shipment
  • Partnering with internal teams such as Customer Success, FususConnect, and Sales to drive orders
  • Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
  • Maintaining CRM database as it relates to accounts / orders
  • Responsible for gaining knowledge on the Fusus platform in order to answer customer questions
  • Proactively look for opportunities where improvements can be made and help implement

Who You Are:
  • You have achieved an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and are eager to establish a career in a sales role
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and energetic
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Tenacity in how you handle tough situations
  • You excel in verbal and written communication along with excellent computer skills
  • You are comfortable being the first point of contact and establishing new relationships
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

Salary:
  • Base Plus Commission
