- Negotiable pay rate based on experience
- Be responsible to set up and operate various Pitney Bowes inserting machines (APS, MPS, MSE, and FPS)
- Configure inserters to run at optimum speed
- Check final inserts for proper folding, sealing, address placement through the window, sequencing, and delivery
- Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are followed, and the Quality produced meets or exceed expectations
- Experience in letter-shop production environment
- Knowledge of USPS regulations and advantage
- Operation and preventative maintenance of Pitney Bowes inserting equipment
- Must be flexible to work overtime (7AM - 7PM or 7PM - 7AM) including holidays and weekends
- Excellent oral communication skills
