What's a typical day as an Insert Machine Operator? You will:
  • Be responsible to set up and operate various Pitney Bowes inserting machines (APS, MPS, MSE, and FPS)
  • Configure inserters to run at optimum speed
  • Check final inserts for proper folding, sealing, address placement through the window, sequencing, and delivery
  • Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are followed, and the Quality produced meets or exceed expectations
You may be a good fit for this position, if:
  • Experience in letter-shop production environment
  • Knowledge of USPS regulations and advantage
  • Operation and preventative maintenance of Pitney Bowes inserting equipment
  • Must be flexible to work overtime (7AM - 7PM or 7PM - 7AM) including holidays and weekends
  • Excellent oral communication skills
