The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project development lead times from Innovation brief to prototypes release and full deployment of all relevant technical requirements to Industrialization. The job holder will represent the technical link with all the company functions and external contacts.

Reporting to the Product Development & Innovation Director inside the Marketing function, the job holder will be accountable for:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and to be the point of reference for the Innovation NPD Technical Team made of Team Leaders from the internal involved departments
• To ensure that the development steps are made on time
• To prepare & to centralize technical documentation needed to manage Project from Innovation brief to prototypes release
• To gather & to clarify incoming data to allow Project Team starting development activity by coordinating activities.
• To analyze & to finalize Team’s Risk Analysis & Feasibility of the Innovation.
• To set up, to follow & to report on progress of Prototyping Project Team activities of each development project.
• To check and to follow-up on project status for all internal/external tests to be done before release.
• To analyze, to conclude and to propose improvements on project management process.
• To organize and to manage folders of project management.
• To manage technical input transfer to Industrialization.
• To write technical dossier.
• To liaise with Sales Project Management Team for any relevant projects.

Skills required

• Batchelor or master’s degree in scientific disciplines; a different or a lower level of education will be evaluated according to a qualified experience in the position
• 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the cosmetic field
• Very good knowledge of English
• IT knowledge: good level of knowledge of SOP & other IT tools (Pack Office, Sinergest, Autocad or other design IT tool basic knowledge)
• Brief assessment, portfolio knowledge, technical writing
