We are seeking a Vice President to join the Product Management and Customer Success team to drive the Business Engagement portfolio. The role will be directly responsible for the extended team and individual delivery of aligned technology resources to deliver tangible and measurable business value across the product line portfolio and will have three focus areas:
  • Optimize partnerships and readiness to ensure customer needs are addressed
  • Oversight/Manage overall interactions and business management strategy
  • Create and facilitate meaningful content to foster transparency back to the stakeholders and LOB partners we support

In this role, you will partner with Product Management colleagues, Senior Leadership, as well Data & Analytics, Central Agility, Communications and F&BM partners.

You'll use your critical thinking skills to establish the team's functional goals and set priorities and objectives that align with our overall strategy. You'll oversee areas like client relationship management, discovery/gathering/documenting of business needs, data and requirements.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • Ability to set and drive the business' strategic direction to deliver technology that meets internal and external needs
  • Knowledge of financial control and budget management
  • Define, manage and optimize overall interaction, engagement, stakeholder management and communication strategy for proper transparency across the Portfolio and with key partners
  • Establish routines, manage the expense process and drive efficiencies to maximize preparedness and consistency
  • Manage the process and data needed to supply transparency, oversight and preparedness to our financial portfolio as it relates to our Book of Work.
  • Manage multiple small to medium assignments simultaneously
  • Prepare meaningful content to address Product Line needs, build advocacy and demonstrate performance
  • Manage centralized expense, investment, and maintenance tracker
  • Help manage the team's Confluence or SharePoint sites of the standards, processes & tools
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc management reporting and presentations

Capabilities to help you be successful in this role, including

  • 5+ years of experience, time in an internal strategy group or at a strategy/management consulting firm is a plus
  • Self-starter and have a style that fosters teamwork and collaborations with various stakeholders and partners
  • Excellent communication skills with experience authoring executive-level communications and presentations
  • Strong understanding of product management, agile methods, stakeholder management
  • Synthesize complex information in a strategic and compelling way so that the material is effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillset, SharePoint is a plus.
