Role & Responsibilities:

• Represent the client’s Digital team as the Information Management lead for all agile program management efforts.
• Collaborate with Digital Communications Lead and other key partners to update and maintain the internal website for program updates, training materials, reference materials, etc.
• Ensuring that the web-site content is current and relevant.
• Provide web-site usability recommendations to the program team.
• Support managing, organizing, and curating FAQ responses on the web.
• Collaborate with the program team to document program processes in an easy to understand, consistent format and publish on the website.
• Ensures process documents are complete, concise, accurate and conform to established formats.
• Proven ability to organize large quantities of information into clear and concise copy.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or a similar field
• 4+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, copywriting, or a related field
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to research and understand complex topics and communicate them effectively to various audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong listening and communication skills
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Proven capability to make compelling, effective presentations to large and small audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence audiences across large organizations and/or multi-disciplinary audiences.
• Proficient with MS SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and capable of creating visually compelling presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
