We are looking for Foremen, helpers, and laborers. You will support our growing flooring division on medium to large size commercial jobs in the greater DC area. 3+ years of experience in construction and/or industrial flooring (concrete polishing, epoxy, resinous, sealing, densifiers, caulking) is required. Additional training and professional development are provided and encouraged. All applicants must be willing to submit to a basic background check. Being bilingual in Spanish is desirable.

Duties

The role of Foreman is to supervise and manage multiple flooring crews working on our jobs sites ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and under budget per contract specifications and our internal quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
