What you will do:

• Support leading and handling closing activities and help ensuring accurate reporting in the monthly closing process.

• Reviewing monthly revenue and spending details and identify the key factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast.

• Maintain and improve Headcount Analytics.

• Provide analytical and financial ad hoc support to sites.

• Support preparing annual operating plan and monthly and quarterly business reviews.

• Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

• Drive reconciliation processes across various financial systems and data governance within the site.

• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and analytical processes to drive productivity and efficiency.

• Provide support to the CAPEX process (investment project spending tracking).

• Perform SOX/Statutory Audits

How you will get here:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance field

Experience

• 2 years of relevant working experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Prior experience within FP&A or Controlling

• 'Strong analytical and data gathering skills. Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and tight time demands

• Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) are preferred

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Strong team building skills and the shown ability to work with a diverse group of people even if geographically dispersed

• Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done

• Continuous Improvement approach: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)
