Job description
Seeking a Financial analyst to be a key member of the Operations Finance team to support senior leaders in data analytics, financial reporting and forecasting processes to help craft the success of the business. This role would suit an individual with a passion for data analytics and a real desire to develop and succeed within a fast paced, innovative global FP&A function!
What you will do:
Support leading and handling closing activities and help ensuring accurate reporting in the monthly closing process.
Reviewing monthly revenue and spending details and identify the key factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast.
Maintain and improve Headcount Analytics.
Provide analytical and financial ad hoc support to sites.
Support preparing annual operating plan and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
Drive reconciliation processes across various financial systems and data governance within the site.
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and analytical processes to drive productivity and efficiency.
Provide support to the CAPEX process (investment project spending tracking).
Perform SOX/Statutory Audits

Education
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance field
Experience
2 years of relevant working experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Prior experience within FP&A or Controlling
'Strong analytical and data gathering skills. Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work
Ability to balance multiple priorities and tight time demands
Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) are preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong team building skills and the shown ability to work with a diverse group of people even if geographically dispersed
Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
Continuous Improvement approach: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)
