SPIRIT LIFTERS is HIRING an Individualial Home Support (IHS) Coach

• Starting Wage $18+ per Hour
• Mileage and Phone Reimbursement (up to $70/month)

IHS Coach Schedule:

• 15-35 Hours M-F
• Flexibility to design schedule
• Daytime/Business Hours
• Vadnais Heights, Blaine, St. Paul, Roseville and Maplewood area

IHS Coaches Work 1:1 with people in their home and community in areas like:

• Organizing and Cleaning
• Shopping/Meal Planning/Cooking
• Exercising/Physical Wellness
• Learning Healthy Coping Strategies (Meditation, Breathing, Visualization)
• Accessing Community (Doing fun things!)
