DUARTE | LAW GROUP, APC is a law firm addressing issues in Immigration Law, Criminal Law (Federal and State) and Personal Injury based out of Santa Ana, CA.

DUARTE | LAW GROUP, APC seeks a full-time Bilingual (Spanish) Immigration Paralegal with at least 2 years prior USCIS/NVC/EOIR immigration experience. Who is professional, organized, outgoing, dependable, bright, and has a positive attitude.

The applicant will work directly with the attorney, staff, and clients. Position provides a great working environment with flexible hours. Immigration experience is required, above all, must know how to provide great customer service. We strongly believe in rewarding those within the firm with bonuses and other perks.

Requirements/Duties:

• Fluent Spanish communication skills a must
• Knowledge of Family Base Petition Forms/EOIR: I130, I131, I130, I485, N400, N600, DS260, I601A, DACA, I90, I765, NVC, 42A, 42B, I589, FOIA, CP Processes, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Criminal Case Management Portals
• Greeting Clients/Answering Telephones
• Comfortable being on the phone with potential clients
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet, etc.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills
• Superior proofreading skills
• Professional Demeanor, Office Etiquette and Detail oriented
• Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize
• Self-motivated and ability to take initiative
• General administrative tasks including Accounts Receivable/Intakes/Retainers/ Client data entry
• Scanning, photocopying, and filing out documents
• Ordering/Buying office supplies
• Other miscellaneous clerical and office admin tasks
• Must be a team player and be willing to take direction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
