The Image Lab Analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing digital commitments for new, renewed and amended complex commercial loans and consumer loans for multiple states and banks using advanced levels of analysis and judgment to determine the indexing required to initiate the workflow of these complex files and documents to the appropriate credit services personnel. Ensures appropriate distribution of 1) legally binding contracts with borrowers, 2) intended collateral items and 3) other document related to compliance with internal bank policies as well as state and federal banking regulations.

• You will prepare physical loan documents for capture to the imaging system; to include prepping documents into a scan-able format, separating documents into batch types, creating batch header sheets and/or inserting generic separator sheets.
• You will analyze imaged complex commercial and consumer documents that are not indexed to determine and assign appropriate index codes related to multiple document variables for proper routing to Credit Services.
• You will monitor and provide reporting for files imported through fax.
• You will accurately and timely ensure the delivery of all collateral items to Lien Recordation, after completion of scanning, in order to secure a perfected lien against all intended collateral within regulatory requirements. Related documents require timely filing with appropriate county, state or federal jurisdictions to mitigate the bank’s risk of loss.
• You will complete de-prep responsibilities including preparation of scanned batches for filing and retention, separate filing of original documents according to bank policy and deliver documents to the file room.
