Your Role:

As a Clarksville Heating & Air HVAC Service Team Leader, you will Improve Life & Comfort for customers by

• Continuing to learn and teach others the HVACR trade through on-the-job and formal training. 
• Conduct all services promptly and professionally with the highest quality and customer service standards. 
• Represent the company in an honest, ethical, and professional manner. 
• Promote CHA services to customers. 
• Effectively troubleshooting and problem-solving. 
• Putting Safety as a priority.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 1 Year of HVAC Experience 
• Current Local Driver’s License with a clean driving record 
• CFC Certification Type 2 
• MD HVACR Journeyman License 
• MD Plumbing/Gas Fitter Journeyman License
