Right now, we are searching for a HR Systems Product Manager who will support the implementation and updates of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and be responsible for direct execution and implementation of HR systems configuration, enhancements, and the technical aspects of multiple simultaneous HCM projects. Managing strategic plans across all implementations to deliver consistent, effective, and efficient solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support and build project teams based on skillset to provide and implement effective Human Capital Management (HCM) system solutions. Delegation of project tasks when needed and ability to seek support within the organization.
  • Proactively lead and manage the strategic relationship with UKG as well as with other potential vendors. Including device maintenance, pay structure, module growth and strategic upgrades in the HCM system.
  • Support enhancement of HRIS modules within areas such as Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and others as needed.
  • Manage and oversee the auditing of the HCM system including data maintenance and integrity, periodic PTO programs, holiday programs, reporting and other items as needed.
  • Support the Assistant Director HR Operations with the HCM technology roadmap and strategic plan execution. This includes plan creation, goal and target setting, and accountability to meet deadlines.
  • System administration including ticket management, workflows, access governance, and research of issues reported by end users.
  • Responsible for system processes, the product backlog, prioritization, and product delivery.
  • Back-up Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Assistant Director HR Operations.
  • Ongoing project and change management as HCM evolves to meet Fraser’s MBOs (Management by Objective). Serve as the point of contact when leading a project including cross-functional teams.

Location Schedule and Pay:


  • $73,600-$78,200
  • Hybrid/Remote - must reside in MN
  • Monday - Friday standard business hours

Requirements:

  • Five (5) or more years of related HR experience in functional area, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Five (5) or more years of HRIS experience, to include UKG experience with system implementations, deployments and upgrades, and advanced UKG user proficiency.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or expertise in multiple HR disciplines such as compensation, staffing, training, employee relations, benefits or compliance preferred.
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business or related field strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle required.
