Pandora Italia is looking for a brilliant HR Controlling, Performance & Reward Specialist for our SEMEA cluster based in our offices in Milan.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This position manages labor cost planning/monitoring, and supports the P&R annual processes, according to global guidelines and local specifics of the countries of the cluster.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To manage forecasting and continuously monitoring of labor cost, providing insights and data analysis
  • To support the delivery of the whole compensation and reward cycle
  • To manage benchmarking activities, including surveys submission
  • To manage all local pensions and benefits reviews and provision
  • To manage all pay matters (incl. LTIP, STIP, incentives, ASR, etc.) subject to global alignment
  • To support and monitor the Sales incentive plan
  • To be the main point of contact with payroll to ensure smooth management of employee remuneration arrangements
  • To support compensation package decisions with remuneration advice to key stakeholders within the HR team, including market benchmarking and positioning
  • To provide the necessary reporting/documentation and proper database maintenance
  • To prepare P&R materials in order to facilitate the processes between the Cluster’s Markets
  • To define and monitor KPIs related to P&R
  • To collaborate in process and systems Improvement (e.g.HR Tools)
  • To support the local HR teams in the Cluster, sharing best practices related to the specific areas of responsibility
  • To manage all people master data quality and privacy matters related to P&R providing analytics/ reporting


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • 3/5 years of previous experience in the role within an international retail organization
  • Solid experience in HR Cost controlling
  • Excellent knowledge of P&R best practices
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle P&R and administration of HR processes (experience in payroll management would be considered as a plus)
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point, HR Tools. Good knowledge of Infobudget would be considered as a plus
  • Fluent in English
