The ideal candidate will act as an enabler to achieve business results implementing the HR strategy, acting as well as HR lead on a range of different HR global and local projects and responsibilities.


Based at our Headquarter in Offanengo (CR), the job holder will report to HR VP and will be accountable for the following

  • To implement HR programs to achieve long-term strategic business objectives.
  • To support in building Labor Cost BDG in the assigned areas
  • To work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, to improve climate, and to increase productivity and retention providing daily HR guidance and support
  • To ensures that the official Job Description of the key roles of the assigned area are constantly updated.
  • To provide HR policy guidance
  • To prepare and analyze the HR data to support the business and in partnership with the HR VP group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • To maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, assessing legal risks and to ensure regulatory compliance. To partner with the legal department as needed/required
  • To provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
  • To deploy Talent Acquisition Plan
  • To identify training needs and participate in evaluating and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. To follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in related field, preferably in Tech, FMCG or Operations.
  • Knowledge of English at Professional Level. Second language – French as a plus.
  • IT knowledge: Digital Savvy - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including, talent acquisition, performance &talent management, compensation practices, organizational design and diagnosis, employees, and union relations.
  • Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, ability to manage stress in a very dynamic environment, adaptability
  • Attention to details
  • Self-motivation and great sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Personal ethics, tact and diplomacy
  • People oriented, able to communicate and create trust
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer caring skills.
