Bamboo Sunrise is a growing mental health and treatment level foster care agency near Downtown Henderson, we're looking to hire a HR Assistant for Bamboo Sunrise, LLC. You will be assisting with maintaining various programs, including recruiting, hiring, promotion and termination processes, employee relations, and assisting the payroll process, compensation, and performance review. You may work with our Safety/Quality Assurance Supervisor to coordinate and administer programs, policies, and training to help prevent harm to workers, property, the environment, and the public and to identify potential violations that may result in fines or actions taken against our company.

• Solid Clerical and Office Administration Experience
• Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
• Must be able to read and interpret documents
• Proven experience as an HR professional relations
• Must have a clear sense of self and humor (This job is stressful)
• Have a working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, including but not limited to FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
• Must perform all functions with the highest level of consistency, compassion, and confidentiality.

Other Job Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Must pass DFS Background Check, as well as pay the required fees associated
• Will be required to have a TB test on file, prior to employment
• 21 years of age or older preferred
• Attend required annual training
• Must have reliable transportation
• Provide valid Auto Insurance
