Houseman/Butler Miami Beach

Private estate in Miami Beach is looking to hire a butler/houseman. The position is a full-time role. Hours are noon until close - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and - Saturday & Sunday 7:30am until close. Average 50 hours per week.

The residence is a large property with two single family homes to include the main house and a guest house. The household consist of a couple and three children. The home is fully staff with nannies, housekeepers, chef, a houseman, and personal assistant/house-manager. The candidate must be experienced in food service, table decorations, housekeeping, driving, feeding, and caring for dogs, able to communicate and work with a team, friendly but not intrusive. Must have a good understanding of Miami.

Job Duties:

Assist Chef in the kitchen- (clean-up, chopping vegetables etc.)
Food service, table setting, tending to primaries, offering drinks to guest
Turn-down service

Detailed, Heavy duty cleaning
Answer phones, take messages, greet guest, receive mails & packages.
Some driving, assist with errands and willingness to carry out special request as needed.

Petcare - Must be pet friendly, care for family dog, daily walks, feeding etc.
Provide housekeeping service to family and their guest

Job Requirements.

• Five Years Houseman/Butler experience in a private residence
• Experience working with a team.
• Good Communicator – English Speaker, Spanish a plus.
• Positive attitude, friendly but not intrusive.
• Able to anticipate the needs of the principals and being proactive.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Time management and organization skills.

Compensation: $35 -$40 per hour. PTO, Medical and Dental Insurance (potential for full-time hours)
