Provides overall leadership, supervision and direction on shift operations in order to consistently meet or exceed the guest experience. The purpose of the Director of Housekeeping is to facilitate and manage the housekeeping team in order to maintain the guest rooms and public areas of the facility in accordance with hotel standards and reflecting the high expectations of our guests and patrons.
