- $75 bonus after completing the online Maid Training Academy
- Hiring Bonus of $500 after 90 days

- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
- Supervise and run larger job site cleanings
- Inventory management of all supplies including staff
- Perform cleaning inspections on new maids (2-3 per week)
- Assisting in cleaning jobs
- Follow up with customer complaints
- Help interview and hire new maids
- Train and coach new maids on cleaning standards and procedures
- Provide onsite estimates
- Must be Bilingual Spanish Speaker
- Be legal to Work in the U. S.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Preference for your own vehicle but must have a driver’s license
- Excellent computer skills
- Be a fast learner
- Be a team player
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of cleaning experience
- Great potential for the right individual.
- Must be comfortable working in multiple areas that we service
