The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the General Manager to deliver a memorable experience for the restaurant’s guests and associates. The Kitchen Manager position offers an opportunity to work alongside a group of professional, hard-working, energetic people who are all empowered to do whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ability to work in a team environment and lead the kitchen staff in following the prescribed systems is essential to this position. This position requires a minimum of two-years of kitchen management experience. • Hire, develop, inspire and lead your kitchen team to achieve budgeted food cost and labor expectations
• Hire, develop, inspire and lead your team to exceed every guest’s expectations
• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
• Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and other accountable
• Operate the kitchen as if it was your own
• Provide a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
