We are seeking upbeat, professional individuals to serve as full-time and part-time night auditors for the Holiday Inn Express Burlington. Our night auditors are our guests’ first and last impression, and we need people dedicated to providing quality and genuine service in a fast paced environment.

The night auditor is responsible for reserving rooms and welcoming guests, answering phone calls, providing concierge services to our guests, acting as ambassadors of the hotel, and working closely with housekeeping and maintenance to provide excellent guest service. Handle all guest requests and server as cashier for room payments and gift shop purchases. Night auditors also verify inventory, rates and utilize end of day procedures to close out the business day and prepare the hotel for the next.

You must be able to handle guest complaints in stride, while being able to think on your feet with resolving any issues. Must be comfortable and knowledgeable with computers, basic Microsoft products, and able to quickly learn our property management system.
